These Terms of Service apply when you access or use HRAIdir. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and to respect the editorial and technical boundaries described here.
HRAIdir provides editorial information for HR, recruiting, and talent software buyers. The site is not legal, financial, procurement, security, or employment advice.
Editorial information
HRAIdir profiles, scores, category pages, glossary entries, and guides are provided for informational purposes. Buyers should perform their own evaluation, demos, security review, legal review, and stakeholder review before purchasing software.
We aim to keep information useful and accurate, but software products change. A page may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. If you see an issue, contact us with the page URL and the specific correction.
No sponsored rankings
HRAIdir does not sell editorial rankings. A vendor cannot buy a higher editorial score, remove buyer-relevant caveats, or control category placement through payment.
If paid visibility products such as Featured or Sponsor placements are offered, they must be labeled separately from editorial evaluation.
Accounts and submissions
If you create an account or submit a tool, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Do not submit unlawful, misleading, spammy, or infringing material.
HRAIdir may review, edit, reject, unpublish, or remove submissions when they do not fit the directory, violate these terms, or create risk for buyers.
Vendor corrections
Vendors may send factual corrections, product updates, and documentation links. Vendor input does not control the final editorial judgment.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the site, scrape it in a way that harms service reliability, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with authentication or payment flows, or upload malicious content.
