How refund requests are handled for HRAIdir paid placements or subscriptions.
This Refund Policy explains how HRAIdir handles refund requests for paid products such as Featured placements, Sponsor placements, subscriptions, or other paid visibility products if they are offered.
At launch, HRAIdir's editorial content remains separate from paid visibility. A refund request does not affect editorial scores, rankings, category fit, or written assessments.
Featured or Sponsor placements, if available, are paid visibility products. They may affect where a vendor is displayed or labeled, but they do not change editorial evaluation.
If a paid placement cannot be delivered as described, contact HRAIdir with the order details and the issue.
Payments may be processed through Stripe. Stripe may store payment records, receipts, and payment method details according to its own terms and privacy policy.
Refunds, when approved, are normally returned to the original payment method through Stripe.

Refunds may be declined when a paid placement or subscription has already been delivered as described, when the request is abusive or fraudulent, or when the issue is unrelated to the paid product.
